Innovation in Industry-Education Integration, Collaborative Talent Cultivation – Our School Collaborates with Tongxin Technology to Establish a Teaching and Internship Base

On the afternoon of June 3, Associate Dean Liu Chuan of the School of Economics and Management led a delegation to Guangdong Huangbaoshi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for a research visit and held the signing ceremony for the establishment of an off‑campus teaching practice base. Liu Jianhua, Chairman of Huangbaoshi Electronics Technology, and various middle and senior leaders attended the ceremony. Huang Runliang, Laboratory Director of our school; Cui Tong, Graduate Program Secretary; and He Yao and Jia Nuo, representatives of the 2023 cohort of International Business master's students, participated in the research and exchange activities.

At the meeting, Associate Dean Liu Chuan first introduced the current development status and faculty strength of the School of Economics and Management, focusing on the school’s talent cultivation in International Business and International Economics and Trade. He expressed sincere gratitude to Huangbaoshi Electronics Technology for its strong support in building the school’s teaching practice base. Subsequently, Chairman Liu Jianhua introduced the company’s operation model, technological innovation, and talent needs. During the discussion, participants actively communicated and shared their views and opinions. This discussion opened up new ideas for connecting students' practical ability cultivation with corporate talent needs, and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides to jointly serve the high‑quality development of manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan.

Afterwards, Chairman Liu Jianhua of Huangbaoshi Electronics Technology and Associate Dean Liu Chuan signed the practice agreement on site and held the plaque presentation ceremony. At the signing ceremony, Associate Dean Liu Chuan and Chairman Liu Jianhua expressed that they would work together to deliver more outstanding talents to the enterprise and jointly promote economic development and social progress in Dongguan.




During the meeting, the two sides had in‑depth exchanges on the recruitment of 2024 graduates of Dongguan University of Technology majoring in Logistics Management Engineering, Accounting, Materials, and other related programs, as well as on receiving students of International Economics and Trade and International Business master's programs for practice and internships in the next semester, and reached preliminary intentions. Next, the two sides will further strengthen communication and negotiation to promptly promote the implementation of the above matters.

This research and signing activity not only strengthened the connection between the school and the enterprise, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides. In the future, through the joint efforts of both parties, more outstanding economics and management talents will be cultivated, making greater contributions to the economic development of Dongguan and the whole country.
