To innovate the university-enterprise talent cultivation model, fully leverage the role of both university and enterprise as co-educators, and achieve mutual empowerment and common development, on the morning of May 22, 2024, Li Wei, Associate Dean of the School of Economics and Management; Huang Runliang, Laboratory Director; Associate Professor Gong Zhizhou from the Department of Business Administration; and Yuan Huaqiang, Dean of the School of Computer Science, visited Tongxin Technology Co., Ltd. for a site visit and the inauguration ceremony of the internship base, and exchanged views on further deepening university-enterprise cooperation and promoting innovative educational development.

At the beginning of the meeting, Tong Shigui, General Manager of Tongxin Technology Co., Ltd., warmly welcomed the university leaders. He introduced the company's development history and future prospects, and the Operations Director Yin presented the company's human resources system products on site. The university delegation highly recognized the products and digital technology of Tongxin Technology, and engaged in technical exchanges with the company on topics such as how to deeply integrate AI technology with human resource management. They indicated that there would be more in-depth cooperation in the future in areas such as digital technology and technology-empowered human resource management.
During the exchange meeting, General Manager Tong Shigui said that as a leading integrated digital human resources service provider in China, Tongxin Technology continues to expand its business and digital technology capabilities, and the demand for various types of technical talents is increasing. He hoped that through university-enterprise cooperation and collaborative cultivation, the company could continuously nurture new forces that meet market needs and are capable of taking on significant responsibilities.

Associate Dean Li Wei of the School of Economics and Management and Dean Yuan Huaqiang of the School of Computer Science respectively elaborated on talent cultivation and innovative models of university-enterprise collaboration. They stated that as a model demonstration university of new-type high-level science and engineering universities in the province, Dongguan University of Technology focuses on cultivating high-quality applied innovative talents that meet the needs of modern industrial development. They hoped to continuously deepen industry-education integration, promote research-industry alignment through university-enterprise cooperation, explore more efficient and diverse educational models, and work together to build a high-quality talent team.
The meeting conducted in-depth discussions on promoting new models of university-enterprise cooperation and the high-quality cultivation of applied talents. Both sides expressed the hope to deepen exchanges, continuously promote complementary advantages, and achieve the goal of reaching consensus on university-enterprise integration. On site, an agreement on establishing a joint teaching and internship base was signed. Associate Dean Li Wei of our School and Dean Yuan Huaqiang of the School of Computer Science, on behalf of the university, held the plaque presentation ceremony for Tongxin Technology Co., Ltd.



This exchange built a bridge of communication between the university and the enterprise, facilitating the achievement of development goals such as industry-education integration and resource convergence. In the future, the School of Economics and Management will continuously strengthen ties with Tongxin Technology, persistently deepen innovative models of talent cultivation, and jointly open a new chapter of university-enterprise collaborative education and deep industry-education integration.
