In order to solidly advance and implement the rectification work of the undergraduate teaching audit and diagnostic evaluation, the School of Economics and Management held three special rectification meetings for the audit evaluation based on the Rectification Work Plan and Rectification Work Guidelines shared by the President's Office.

The first special rectification meeting for the audit evaluation was held on January 4 at 14:30 in the Small Theater on the Guancheng Campus. The meeting was chaired by Associate Dean Li Wei, and all faculty members attended. Associate Dean Li Wei explained the preparatory work for the rectification guidelines in terms of teaching management and operation, teaching resource construction, quality management and assurance, etc.

The second special rectification meeting for the audit evaluation was held online on January 5 at 14:30 via Tencent Meeting. The meeting was chaired by Associate Dean Li Wei, and all department chairs attended. Associate Dean Li Wei arranged work on the reporting of talent cultivation characteristics and measures, self-inspection of teaching documents, and self-inspection and updating of school-running data.

The third special rectification meeting for the audit evaluation was held on January 8 at 9:00 in Conference Room 4418 on the Guancheng Campus. The meeting was chaired by Associate Dean Li Wei, and counselors Xiong Tao, Deng Yiqing, and Ye Qiwei from the Student Affairs Office attended. At the meeting, Associate Dean Li Wei arranged the collection and verification of teaching data information, including the collection of student published papers over the past three years, student awards in discipline competitions over the past three years, and student acquisition of professional qualification certificates over the past three years.
